About Us

For over 30 years ,   Morris Coltrain has treated Kansas City area residents with alternative healthcare.  Coltrain Medical Group Treatment aims to offer a compassionate, judgment-free sanctuary. Offers a wide variety of options such Brixadi Injection, Suboxone Treatment services, Sublocade, Opiate addiction treatment and more.

We are a small and private clinic that offers an outpatient treatment program for opioid dependency with same-day appointments.
